By using the Safe-On-Street application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Safe-On-Street is a community safety tool designed to facilitate SOS alerts, nearby help requests, and coordination among users. It is not a replacement for official law enforcement or emergency medical services.

2. Responsible Use

• You agree not to use the SOS feature for false alarms or pranks. Abuse of the system may lead to permanent account suspension.
• Community helpers act as volunteers. Safe-On-Street does not guarantee the arrival or effectiveness of community assistance.
• Always prioritize your own safety and follow the instructions of official emergency services.

3. Location Tracking

To provide safety alerts, the app requires access to your location in the background. By enabling these features, you consent to real-time tracking during emergency events.

4. Limitation of Liability

Safe-On-Street and its administrators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the app, including delays in emergency response or actions taken by community volunteers.
